Robert Homem

Managing Director

Robert qualified as an accountant in South Africa in 1998 under the South African Institute of Professional Accountants, gaining extensive knowledge in financial management, taxation and auditing.

In 2001, he relocated to Madeira, Portugal, joining an international corporate service provider where he headed the International Business Development team. Over the years, Robert has served as a director on multiple boards of international companies where he advised High Net Worth Individuals and family offices on accounting, taxation and corporate structuring.

Olga Markina

MBA, LL.M.

Executive Director

Olga began her professional career with the International Chamber of Commerce. She then moved into the wealth management industry in UK and Switzerland in advisory and financial structuring.

Later on, Olga has moved to an Oil and Gas industry gaining over ten years of experience in oil and gas industry, investments, trade, production and technologies in the sector with one of the leading Companies in Oil & Gas sector in the MENA Region.

Olga has an MBA Degree from one of Ranked the Top 10 Business Schools in Europe (PMI Global Accreditation Centre).

Olga has a Master’s degree in Foreign Policy from the Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Master’s of Laws (cum laude) and a Master’s degree in International Economics.

Henrique Leça

Financial Consultant

Henrique has a Degree in Business and Administration from Instituto Superior de Línguas e Administração (ISLA/ESOCT), Lisbon, 1988.

He started his professional path as an External Auditor at the international audit firm Ernst & Young, in finance and accounting, initially in Lisbon, and later in Funchal Madeira, where he had the opportunity to work with some of the largest Madeira companies.

From 1991 to 2009 he acted as Director at the major Madeira based accounting firm, where his main responsibility was the implementation of accounting procedures with local entities, supervision of the accounting teams as well as client liaison.

Since 2009 onwards, Henrique has been working as an independent consultant in the accounting and taxation field.
